16 Would you be in favor of rain potential rating for hurricane?

In addition to the category wind ratings that we currently use it has been proposed that hurricanes also be rated for rain potential. Would you be in favor of a general rain rating for hurricanes such as very wet, wet, dry that is based on the amount of rain that will fall?
